Appreciating teachers & first responders
Efforts to thank these heroes and raise awareness for Country Financial Insurance
People in professions like teaching and public safety are the backbone of our communities — helping our children flourish and and protecting our loved ones. Country Financial®, a national insurance and financial services company, holds these professions near and dear to its heart, as the company's identity is also built on investing in the community and ensuring that people feel secure and protected. Country asked our team to help them get the word out about a substantial but little known discount they offer for people in these professions, in addition to building awareness and goodwill among them. They asked us to create an approach that leaned into humor to capture people's attention, in addition to visually focusing on the use of green to reinforce brand awareness. (Country's main color is green).
We talked to people in these professions as inspiration for our humor, and oh my, there was plenty of fodder. We also decided to use a clean approach to the visuals — to allow the message to deliver its full impact in a crowded social media environment. Assets included social media lead and link ads, a landing page, billboards and a campaign guide for Country's insurance reps. I had such a great time time bringing this project to life, knowing that we were helping support these special professions — and also laughing a little along the way.
